How HDPT Can Help Treat Headaches and Migraines

Headaches and migraines often can be due to musculoskeletal sources in the cervical spine and musculature in the posterior neck. Additionally, headache is one of the most common symptoms associated with a concussion and post-concussion syndrome.

To address headaches of cervicogenic origin we utilize orthopedic manual therapy-based treatment strategies to correct and actively prevent headaches. We address headaches associated with concussion by treating the concussion and use headaches as one way to monitor improvement.
